Ten to Twenty Mins Killer Outdoor Workouts For Building Summer Beach Body

As summer quickly approaches here in the US, the temperature goes up and people are flocking outside. Some people like summer, because when summer arrives, it's time to show off their pefect body at beach and the pool. But others don't like it, because of their pot belly, fat legs, butts... If you don't have a flat sexy belly, slim body...Here's some workout tips to help you get in shape for summer, you can apply them to begin building your summer beach body.

Now that it's getting nice outside, why not do some of your workouts outside, rather than the stuffy old gym? Actually, in order to get a great metabolism boosting, muscle sculpting workout, you don't need to make it a long drawn-out 2-hour events.

Below I'll give you an outdoor workout which virtually takes me ten to twenty mins, but gets me drenched in sweat and pumped up by the end...

Find a playground, or softball field, or any place near your home that you can do the workout. I usually do the woukout at a little playground and a softball field at the end of my road. When the weather is fine, I may decide to go out to have a real fast outdoor workout, I run over to the field, limbering up for several minutes, and then... depending on how I feel, I'll do about ten to twenty mins of the following exercises with almost no rest in between,:

-50, 75, or 100-yard wind sprints

-hill sprints (if you have a hill nearby)

-pushup variations

-walking lunge variations

-bodyweight squat variations

-box jump, squat jump, or lunge jump variations

-pullups on the playground monkey bars

-mountain climbers on ground

Depending on how I feel, sometimes I'll rotate through all of these exercises and sometimes I will simply pick a couple of them and just keep alternating. No matter what I choose, I keep the rest periods very short (ten to thirty seconds at most) so that the intensity stays as high as possible. This really maximises the fat burning hormonal response and metabolism boosting response you get from these exercises, given the brief duration of the workout.

Trust me, if you do this at a high speed clip, you'll get a killer workout in as little as ten to twenty mins, and then you can go back home and get on with your life.

For those who are not in great shape right now, you can simply take it at a bit lower intensity level to comfort yourself into it. It's worth it! Doing some workouts outside and breathing in the fresh air definitely has a stimulating effect, this is not only my subjective viewpoint, but also indicated by some studies I've seen, the studies have pointed that you possibly burn more calories exercising outdoors compared to indoors. So why not give it a try?
